    When panic rises, try a grounding meditation for panic: name the five things you see, four you can touch, three you hear, two you smell, and one you taste. Breathe slowly, shoulders relaxed, let the body anchor itself in the present.

    Return to this routine whenever anxiety spikes: repeat the simple senses, notice the breath, and invite warmth into the chest to restore balance and calm.
